1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized items, and clearance products are not eligible for returns. Additionally, products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all parts and documentation. Please write the RA number on the package.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account after approval.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement for defective items at no additional cost to you. Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Your order number.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order. If the new item is of greater value, we will charge you the difference.

6. International Orders

For international orders, the return shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any import restrictions before making a purchase.

7. Non-Refundable Situations
